One of our esteemed client based in Jubail - is urgently looking for an experience candidate for a role of LOCAL BUYER, who meets the following required criteria.
SAUDI national OR any expatriate with Transferable Visa is preferred.
Procure local consumables to meet operational needs and requirements.
Procure electrical spares to meet operational needs and requirements.
Procure mechanical spares to meet operational needs and requirements.
Prepare inquiries to local procurement of raw materials and consumables, ensuring that the sourced materials and consumables are technically suitable and cost effective.
Evaluate technically acceptable offers, prepare price comparison statements, and negotiate with short listed bidders.
Ensure on-time delivery of procured materials and consumables through regular follow up after the award of purchase to a successful supplier.
Establish, manage, and maintain all contracts for supplies, materials, and services.
Create purchase orders through the system and obtain approvals in accordance with the authority limit schedule.
Receive complaints from end users and resolve issues with the concerned suppliers.
