Bachelor or Master's Degree in Civ Engineering.
→ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
→ Preferably in the UAE
→ Must be resident in the UAE.
→ Must have basic knowledge in Quantity Surveyi.
→ Must have basic knowledge in Site Supervision
→ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
→ Thoroughly experienced in project coordination.
→ Thorough awareness of relevant international codes and standards.
→ Must be experienced in analysis and design of Seismic and Wind
resistant buildings.
→ Must be Skilled in Revit and AutoCAD.
→ Must be a Proficient user of the Structural engineering software:
Etabs, Safe, Prokon, and any other programs such as CSI-Col, S-
Concrete, STAAD Pro would be a plus.
→ Good knowledge in Steel structure, precast, and post-tension would
be an advantage
→Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and
