•Planning of production & Execution of production schedules along with resources allocation and machine loading for optimum output.
•Daily operation of the plant and solves technical & Discipline problems related to Production, Maintenance & Other etc.
•Maintenance of all machines of the plant and monitoring their executions.
•Standard operation of production line tracking ownership of machine process.
•Servicing the machine & hot runner maintenance.
•Ensure all the plant & equipment’s is maintained efficiently to give lowest life cycle cost & obtained optimal manufacturing efficiently.
•Carry out corrective, preventive, periodic maintenance activities as per the schedule to keep all the factory equipment in perfect condition.
•Monitor and control the spare parts availability & consumption in order to meet the machinery breakdowns effectively.
•Develop & maintain effective working relationship with all the employee groups and functions in order to promote good industrial relations.
•Attend all the trouble shooting in the entire machine in order to minimize the break-down time & to increase the availability.
•Ensure operational safety at all times to prevent the accidents and to create safety environment.
•Maintain the all kind of production, spares & maintenance doents, keep the material consumption account & make sure interlink between both departments.
•Quality monitoring & control, analysis of rejection & breakdown.
•To ensure continuous improvement in the performance and efficiency.
•To maintain house-keeping in the plant & machines surrounding.
•Installation and commissioning of the machineries as and when necessary.
•Daily operation all kinds of machine and try to solves process, operating, mechanical or electrical problems.
