• Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly installed, maintained and in
operating condition.
• Replace all defective compressor (Reprocess)
• Performs preventive maintenance, servicing, remodeling, troubleshooting
and repair tasks; examines various electrical systems and makes
recommendations for new equipment, repairs and modifications.
• Ensures proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment, tools and
materials utilized per work site.
• Attends mandatory training and monthly meeting.
• Observes safety rules, and ensures and maintains a safe and clean
environment.
• Responsible for setting up new equipment and for the opening of new
store.
• On-call duti call such as power shutdown and water leak.
• Reporting directly to Maintenance Coordinator on daily basis.
• Provide Record of Maintenance Expenses in a Monthly basis thru Excel
form and receipts.
• Assist and inform Contractors regarding Store Standards and for the
equipment that is under warranty.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
