1) Surveying buildings and repair mechanical systems;
2) Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.);
3) Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary;
4) Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality;
5) Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed;
6) Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.);
7) Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.).
1) Proven experience as maintenance technician;
2) Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems;
3) Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods;
4) Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices;
5) High school diploma or equivalent.
