• Supervising the maintenance of fire detection, fire protection, and life safety system maintenance as per NFPA & UAE codes.
• Daily monitoring of fire and life safety system to make sure all are in good working condition all-time
• Patrolling the site regularly and checking the following equipment
• Fire alarm system & firefighting system
• Technical premises: Electrical, heating & ventilation, other areas for fire safety issues
• The presence of obstacles could block the automated fire doors & emergency access
• Aculation of combustible materials
• Equipment and scheduled rounds
• Attend the fire alarm cases immediately
• Use a fire extinguishing system, portable, stand by fire fighting vehicle to extinguish the fire
• Minimum of a diploma in engineering
• Preferred diplo traini engineering
• Minimum 3 years of Experience in inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm and fire protection system
• Fire prevention and fighting course
• 5 years of experience as a fire alarm and firefighting maintenance supervisor
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Knowledge of safety management
• Good knowledge of fire alarms. Sprinkler system, gaseous suppression system & aspirating detection system
• Fire prevention program
