Job Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the luxury chauffeur services, including scheduling, dispatch, and customer service.
Manage a team of chauffeurs, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues and complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team and individual chauffeurs, providing regular feedback and coaching.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including health and safety, licensing, and insurance requirements.
