Requirements:
Proven experience as a Landscape Manager or in a similar managerial role within the landscaping industry.
Strong knowledge of landscaping principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as CAD or landscaping design software, is a plus.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
