We are looking for an ideal candidate to join our Real Estate team as an Administrator.
As a Real Estate Administrator, you will be responsible for the tasks with overseeing marketing efforts or developing new strategies to attract more clients in the future. You will also have to provide assistance in the director and also process of recruiting. You should be proficient in providing assistance in the hiring process. In addition to your hands-on responsibilities, you will also often act as a liaison between agents and brokers to help resolve any conflicts that arise during the course of business.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling property inspections, showings, and open houses for agents and clients
Communicating with clients and agents about listings, offers, and other real estate matters
Filing and sorting doents, maintaining files, and managing inventories
Ordering supplies and preparing and distributing marketing materials
Responding to clients' inquiries and concerns and providing assistance in day-to-day office needs
Prepare and submit necessary paperwork to receive a Trakheesi Permit for each property
Direct reporting to the General Managing Director
Provide inspired leadership for the organization
Assist HR with recruiting when necessary
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
Ensure all legal and regulatory doents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
Support worker communication with the management team
Manage phone calls and emails
Maintain CRM software as well as keep monitors on different real estate listing portals
