Job Description

1. Follow BMC workgroup team values of teamwork, positive, productive, respectful, transparency, and Maturity.
2. Apply BMC Policies and Procedures and help to develop new ones whenever not exist or needed.
3. Support the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that promote a range of qualifications offered by BMC to the relevant audience.
4. Perform, and mainly to do the marketing operation tasks and the day to day marketing activities include and not limited to social media administration, taking care of the ongoing campaigns' artwork preparations and printing, in-stores, in-sites, and in-house limited events administration and preparation.
5. Administrate and activate the BMC MOU program and near future administration of BMC website phase1 and loyalty program along with promotions agenda administration and related internal and external communication including specified and limited PR activities.
6. Execute all the above activities in-house, in-stores, in-sites, and handle the meeting related to the MOU program and the other meetings to complete the related required outdoor or indoor meetings as needed and whenever needed.
7. Monitor the impact of marketing campaigns and issue bi-monthly and monthly marketing activity report to highlight progress, GAP, and challenges.
8. Support internal communications, through our staff newsletter and other channels, to promote cross-team working and drive staff engagement.
9. Help promote member value by feeding into member communications.
10. Represent BMC at our programs of events, promoting relevant products and services and supporting on-going marketing campaigns.
11. Build relationships with internal teams, developing an understanding of the products and services we offer, along with how they are designed to meet the needs of our customers.
12. Work with other members of the marketing and communications team to plan interesting and engaging content to help build our reputation online, through social media and other digital channels.
13. Develop basic design skills to make minor amends to marketing collateral (we don’t expect you to have these skills already – just a willingness to learn)
14. Play a role in keeping the organization’s website and social media up-to-date.
