1. Searching of tender projects (Construction, Completion, and Maintenance of Villa / Building G+4, Fit-out Works, MEP Works) and ensure to get the project (awarded).
2. Cold calling Consultant and potential Clients and building relationships.
3. Establishing Client/ Consultant relationships, arranging meetings with Client/ Consultant, explaining company profile to get a tender project and to ensure to get the project (awarded).
4. Setting up all social media platforms to enhance the chance of getting a Project.
5. Developed and Implemented Marketing Strategies to get a Project.
6. Monitors the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance.
7. Assists in the management of data related to the tendering process.
8. Liaises with Consultant/ Clients to provide contractual and compliance advice.
9. Coordinating marketing campaigns to achieved good results and get a Project.
10. Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to management team.
11. Overseeing the company’s marketing budget and planning accordingly.
12. Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
13. Managing and improving lead generation campaigns, measuring results and get the required target in a year.
14. Successfully developed daily, weekly and monthly plans and achieved to get a Project by using marketing tools.
15. Liaise between the technical team and Consultant/Client regarding the tender project.
Must be familiar with and have good relationship with the Consultant Companies in Construction field here in Dubai, UAE.
