المهام المطلوبة من مدير الانتاج (مصنع خشب):
1.كتابة الهيكل الوظيفي من مدير االانتاج الى اصغر عامل في النظومة.
2.وضع خطط التشغيل و العمل لكل مشروع و متابعة تنفيذ جميع هذه الخطط بشكل صحيح.
3.وضع جدول التكاليف / الوقت/العمالة لكل مشروع مع كل عرض سعر يقدم.
4.اصدار امر العمل لكل مشروع برقم تشغيل موحد لكل مشروع.
5.تاريخ التسليم (الموعد) يتم تحديثه في النظام في حالة وجود اي تغير مع توضيح سبب التعديل.
6.أخذ موافقة المدير العام في حالة تعديل او تغير تاريخ التسليم. (في حالة اسباب قهرية فقط).
7.طلب المواد الخام لكل مشروع حسب دراسة عرض السعرو اعتماد جميع المواد دفعة واحدة.
8.فحص المواد الخام الموردة حسب امر العمل و مطابقتها للمواصفات التي تم اعتمادها سابقاً.
9.تفرير بفحص جودة المنتجات التي تم الانتهاء منها و قبل خروجها من ارض المصنع.
10.طلب الاذن في حالة الرغبة في تنفيذ خطة الوقت الاضافي لإكمال الاعمال او لحاجة الاعمال.
11.كتابة تقرير يومي / اسبوعي / شهري (يتم رفع التقارير إلى مدير المصنع و المدير العام).
12.يجب أن يحتوي التقرير على أرقام إحصائية و مقارنات كل شهر توضح الحالة العامة للانتاج.
13.لن يتم قبول اي عذر فيما يخص كتابة التقارير و تسليمها (اليومي / الاسبوعي / الشهري).
The required tasks for a production manager (Wood factory) are as follows:
1.Writing the functional hierarchy starting from the production manager down to the lowest-level worker in the system.
2.Developing operation and work plans for each project and effectively monitor the execution of these plans.
3.Creating a co schedule for each project with every submitted price quote.
4.Issuing work orders for each project, assigning a unique operational number for each project.
5.Updating delivery dates in the system: If there are any changes to the delivery dates, the production manager should update them in the system and provide a reason for the modification.
6.Obtaining approval from the general manager for any changes to the delivery dates (only in cases of exceptional cirstances).
7.The production manager should request the necessary raw materials for each project based on the price quote study, considering the procurement of all materials at once.
8.The production manager should inspect the received raw materials according to the work order and ensure that they meet the previously approved specifications.
9.Conducting quality checks on finished products before leaving the factory
10.Requesting permission for overtime work: If there is a need to complete the work or for any operational requirements, the production manager should request permission for overtime work.
11.Writing dai reports: The production manager is required to write regular reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports. These reports should be submitted to the factory manager and the general supervisor.
12.The submitted reports should contain statistical figures and comparisons between each month to provide an overview of the production status.
13.Strict adherence to report writing and submission: No excuses will be accepted regarding report writing and submission, whether it is for daily, weekly, or monthly reports
Must have worked in production management of wood factory for at least 3 years.
Must comply to all the written points (like writing reports...)
Not older than 40 years.
