Pipe planning as per FEED doents and Scope of work.
Planning and Routing of the pipe as per P&ID in a 3D Modeling Environment.
Study of PFD, P&ID, Plot plan, Instrument Hook-up drawings, civil drawings & various layout drawings.
Proficient in preparing Proposal P&ID, PFD, and Basic Plant Layout based on Offer.
Proficient in preparing Pipeline Drawings, Overall Layout drawings, Civil Input Drawings, Piping
Layouts, Piping Isometrics, SKID Drawings, and Material Take-off.
Familiar with interference checking of the overall plant model in Navisworks.
Familiarity with international design codes and international standards (ASME, API, ASTM, ANSI).
Knowledge of Piping Material Specification and valve material specification.
Knowledge of Primary and secondary supports and detailed drawing.
Coordination between interdisciplinary and team management.
Design and Drafting overall Route map, plot plan for overall area, right of way drawings for site
construction, Typical crossing drawings (like road, & Pipeline and Cable) for Cable,
detailing of the trench for pipeline Construction and Detailing of wellhead drawings.
Preparation of G.A & Detail Fabrication drawings with bill of Material.
Must be familiar with AutoCAD plant3D / 2D
