• I have experience with all types Mechanical Maintenance like preventive maintenance, corrective, Predictive and Planning yearly Major Overhaul of Mechanical Equipment’s
• I am Familiar & also worked with the all types of rotating equipment’s
• I have knowledge of all the BHEL, SIEMENS, General Electric Solar – Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, and Centrifugal Gas Compressors.
• I have Familiar Experience with General Electric Gas Turbine Model Frame – 5, Frame – 6, Frame - 9, LM-2500, LM-5000, GT – 9, Solar Mars – 100, BHEL Frame 6B, BHEL frame – 9E.
• I have good experience in the centrifugal pumps single stage to multistage and centrifugal and reciprocating compressors.
• I have Familiar Experience with the Reciprocating pumps, Gear Boxes, Fin fans, Cooling towers, Agitators, Expenders, Turning Gears Etc.…
• I have Familiar Hand Experience with Rotating equipment Alignment
o Procedure(I) – Rim & Face Dial Indicator Method
• (II) – Reverse Dial Indicator Method
• (III) – Laser Alignment with SKF tools
• I have good knowledge in All Equipment technical drawings.
• I am Familiar worked with the various types of valves, PSV’s, Ball Valve, Gas Control Valve, Gate Valve, Globe Valve, throat Valve.
