• Implement and complete the maintenance services, modification or overhaul work plans and schedules under the operation & maintenance procedures, work safety guidelines and service checklists for the mechanical systems and installations (such as structures, heavy machinery gearboxes, and motors, mechanical actuato, diesel engine & alternator, wire ropes & reeving system, hydraulic drives and spreader systems, etc.) on all container cranes and equipment.
• Perform general checking, testing, maintenance services, modification, overhaul, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems and installations on container cranes and equipment.
• Maintain the mechanical systems and installations on container cranes and equipment are in sound operational status by following equipment OEM’s operation and maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Troubleshoot, repair, replace and overhaul heavy machinery gearboxes and motors, mechanical actuato, diesel engine & alternator, wire ropes & reeving system, hydraulic drives and spreader systems.
• Repair transmission and drive gears, actuato, pinions, axles, shafts, hydraulic parts, and components.
• Ensure proper usage and practical housekeeping of spare parts, materials, tools, and equipment, including PPEs.
• Comply strictly with environmental, safety & health standards and practices in line with Company’s policies, rules, regulations, and work procedures.
• Work at a high level.
• Perform shift duty to cope with the work requirement if required.
• Work overtime, as requested by the Compa based on actual need.
• Report duty under emergency to provide backup support if needed.
• Perform other functions or tasks assigned by the Compa from time to time.
