Mechanical Technician & Pipe Fitter
MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN (10 Nos)
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 8 to 10 years exp with petrochemical or Refinery Experience.
• Knowledge of principles of Rotating Equipment, Seals, Bearings, Vibrations and Lubrication
• Knowledge and repair of Trouble shooting and repair experience on equipment’s in Petrochemical plant such as Large Compressors, Pumps, turbines, Gear boxes, Fin fans and Agitators, reactors, Boilers, Process Furnace, Heat exchangers, plate exchangers ,coolers ,valves, Mixer, Melt pump and Pelleting unit and other process equipment’s.
• Knowledge on understanding the Engineering and cross-section drawings.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand English.
PIPE FITTER (15 Nos)
• High school education. NCTVT preferable.
• 4 to 5 years’ experience in similar oil & g industry
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Knowledge of identifying various piping and gasket size and specification
• Knowledge of selection of tools required to perform flange breaking & box up
• Knowledge of basic flange breaking and closing practice
