Responsibilities:
Conduct a wide range of laboratory tests in hematology, biochemistry, and immunology.
Collect and evaluate blood specimens from patients, ensuring accuracy and suitability for testing.
Input accurate test results into the system.
Coordinate specimen sending to reference laboratories and maintain proper doentation.
Perform instrument maintenance, daily quality control procedures, and temperature checks.
Support clerical tasks including report processing and maintaining filing systems.
Participate in quality improvement programs and adhere to lab safety protocols.
Provide professional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Freshers can also apply.
Valid MOH license as a Medical Laboratoary Technician.
Willingness to work rotating shifts.
Team player.
