Responsible for the design and AutoCAD Shop Drawings, as built drawings for MEP projects.
Preparation of combined services Shop Drawings including preparation of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Electrical, etc. Responsible to prepare design works, quantity take off, preparation of As Built drawings, etc.
Preparation of MEP related Shop Drawings as per consultant’s and authority requirements.
Preparation of coordination drawings. Assist Project Manager and project team in preparation of project related drawings.
Preparation of plumbing & HVAC drawings.
Reviewing Subcontractor shop drawings.
Coordinate with Project Team about changes in contract and construction drawings.
Making As-Built drawings according to authority requirements.
Perform other task as instructed by immediate head from time to time.
Strong knowledge of MEP system (all aspect – design, function, installations, testing and commissioning and coordination with other trades).
Well versed in interpreting and executing electrical related drawings.
Familiarity in the design requirements, fabrication, estimation, installation and all site activities related to all electrical works for construction of large-scale building projects
Awarene on various constructi methodologies.
Bachelors Degree
With 3-5 years experience in Interior Fit Out
