Includes attending preconstruction, weekly safety, project, and informational meetings and properly plan, execute, and complete any assigned projects. Provide analysis and input to the project to develop the primary construction schedule. Maintain current knowledge of the construction plans to include any changes. Review current job costs and address any variances.
Highly qualified in Estimation MEP Project of Hotels, Commercial and residential high-rise towers, Hospital, Shopping Mall developments, Schools etc. Must have knowledge and understating of estimations and P. O. preparations. Be able to coordinate and assigning teams for projects and supervision of said project. Be able to get confirmation of the best prices and supplies for the project. Be able to schedule and coordinate the work force availability and schedule. Must have excellence communication skills in English. Must have good knowledge of MS office for better record keeping.
