Job description for MEP Engineer (UAE construction & contracting field only);
1. Having sound knowledge and understanding of ELECRTICAL & PLUMBING (MEP) drawing.
2. Handle and assign duties to electrical and plumbing team and guide them (where necessary) as per drawing specification of the project.
3. Should have experience of preparing estimate, proposal, quotation & BOQ.
4. Explore the opportunities in market by regular visit to existing & new clients, contractors & consultants.
5. Must have strong negotiation skills, sound decision making skills and problem solving approach.
6. Must be willing to take responsibility and manage operations related to the project.
7. Must be qualified with 5+ years of UAE construction & contracting field experience with valid UAE driving license.
