Invite application from Gulf experienced candidate for an MEP firm based in UAE with good experience in sales and project management experience related MEP.
•Gulf experience of Handling CIV and coordination of MEP Projects etc, for minimum five years.
•Fluent in English and valid UAE driving license.
•Able to handle authority approvals of local agencies, Correspondence with client / consultants / subcontractors.
•Full awareness of health and safety guidelines related to MEP and site management.
•Experience in project schedule including monitoring and review. .
•The role will be based in UAE, the applicant must have approved engineering license from Dubai Municipality.
•Experience in handling Facility management is preferred.
