•Oversee the status of all MEP assets and systems.
•Preparation of MEP competency assessment and issuing of Instructions and suggestions.
•Plan for scheduling Facilities maintenance services including material and labour required to deliver.
•Prepare estimates and quotations for project works.
•Audit all MEP services to ensure that workmanship is of the highest standards
•Provide management reports in a timely manner.
•Carry out manual planned and reactive maintenance on all MEP assets and systems.
•Conducting Risk Assessment and signing off Method Statements and Permits to Work
•Provide feedback on the development of the maintenance procedures and protocols including (Method Statements and Permits to Work, and appropriate supporting risk assessments).
•Take ownership of the development, implementation and monitoring of guidelines and protocols for the Facilities services (inc. Permit to Work System and Emergency Procedures)
•Distribute detailed information, doents and regulations as applicable to all concerned technicians and ensure their acknowledgement and adherence to its contents.
•Coordinate with Management to obtain clearance before starting the work to ensure smooth and efficient execution of work.
•At maintenance completion, compile full doents related to close out job, ensure all are archived as required in terms of quality and time.
•Provide Technical support and solve all Site technical issues to ensure completion of maintenance at all times within the specified timeframe.
(1) Qualified Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with good communication skills and Hands-On experience in Maintenance of MEP Installations.
(2) Minimum 5 years’ Experience in related field of specifications.
(3) Must be a Proactive, strong team player and self-motivated.
(4) Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment.
(5) Must be well familiar with computer applications and capable of generating & presenting maintenance reports and must possess thorough knowledge of Shop drawings and MS Office.
(6) Highly developed time management ability and able to prioritize effectively.
(7) Valid UAE Driving License
