Skills:
- Supervises and coordinates the technicians to ensure that they provide high quality of engineering and maintenance services to existing properties.
- Develops and maintains a preventive maintenance schedule program for applicable equipment and machineries.
- Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and maintaining personnel records.
- Arranges for and coordinates appropriate third-party contractor support as needed.
- Researching and gathering information related to vendors, contractors, equipment and supplies.
- Developing technical skills of his staff members.
- Knowledge of tools, equipment and materials common to the plumbing trade, skills in the installation, repair & maintenance of all types of plumbing work.
- Installation of electrical wirings, equipment, machines or programs to specifications
- Performs skilled controls maintenance work in the repair, installation and alteration of controls for refrigeration, air conditioning.
- Especially must have knowledge of troubleshooting of sliding door, gate barriers MV panel, SMB & DP panels.
- Must have valid Qatar driving license.
Must be ITI or Diploma in Engineering in Electrical and mechanical field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work under pressure.
