- Knowledge in Swimming Pool Installation, Maintenance, Construction, Estimation and Planning
- Project resources planning and scheduling
- Ensuring project execution within time and budget
- Checking plans, drawing and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- Ensuring that all material used are as per the specification
- Responsible for testing and commissioning of the projects
- Liaising with clients and their representative
- Managing and monitoring the contract design documents
- Liaising with any parties involved in the project sign and calculation
- Provide guidance , managerial and technical support to the team
- Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied
- Monitoring the allocated budget is properly utilized
- Ensure all the health and safety
- Diploma Holder
- 5 years' experience
- Candidates must reside in Dubai
