Job Description

MIS Reporting & Master Data owner:
Creation of various aftersales reports. Reports would be generally for all locations wise & also for all the brands. Provide recommendations based on report finding to improve operations, sales & profits.
Managing the input of pricing data, discounts, making system DOA
Support the creation of data capturing and data quali /granularity improvement projects
Driver of data analytics and BI innovation and interpretation of data:
Lead solutions for all of the Trading Enterprises data needs
Support business in Analytical requirements such as Budgets, incentives and other business initiatives
Conduct comprehensive analyses of business opportunities based on historic data modelling and predictive algorithms; propose business development projects
Review and establish trackable KPIs, identify correlati relationships, present and support the execution of testing ideas and provide continuous feedback on performance to the business units
Manage the full scope of business intelligence projects, turning data into actionable insights for the relevant aftersales business functions collaborating with the counterpart in Sales to ensure alignment and cohesion
Support brands in establishing their data strategies
Drive digital systems and technology transformation - finding ways of automation:
Develop reporting applications (utilizing different BI tools), create dashboards, automate data pulls to enable ease of access to data for the business
Evaluate digital project proposals from back-e perspective, and consult the business internally as a subject matter expert
 
Company digital skills development & MIS People Management:
Contribute to the creation of a data driven work culture
Develop SAP & BI tool skills of Managers at locations to prepare KPI’s to monitor and improve performance
Identify the best and innovative working practices being used in the workshops and ensure “Roll out “across all locations.
Help desk to all SAP & BI tool users & resolve their system related problems
Conduct SAP & BI tool user training to all new staff & provided refresher course whenever the need arises.
Leadership of MIS Executives including their engagement and continuous development to enable cutting edge approach
Assign individual objectives for employee performance management purposes, manage performance, empower staff, and provide formal and informal feedback in order to support professional development and maximize performance
 
Alignment of business with Group and Principals:
Engage and liaise with group to bring best practice and implement group directives where needed
Interface with Principal IT Systems
Support central IT by overviewing the ETL process (Extract, Transform and Load) from various sources in the Trading Enterprises business
