We are looking for System Analysts who has a deep understanding, knowledge and experience of Software System Design & Frameworks for Web & Mobile App & can work as a liaison between Development Team & Stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities1. Able to understand project requirements and define system specifications from a technical standpoint.2. Research available products in market to determine if they will be suitable for the project & provide recommendations.3. Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware based on cost benefit analysis and suggest integration methods.4. Plan and design the structure of a technology solution.5. Create technical documents including but not limited to Technical Design Documents, Functional Requirement Specifications etc.6. Communicate system requirements to software development teams and oversee the progress and quality standards.7. Work with designers and developers to explain the structure and assist them throughout the development with system flow.8. Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to team members on technical quality and maintaining standards.9. Monitor systems to ensure they are working without any issues & meet both user needs and business goals.10. Ensuring that systems are working properly by carrying out testing procedures.11. Ensuring that systems satisfy quality standards and procedures.12. Advising the stakeholders on managing future IT needs.
Desired Skills & Competencies1. Good understanding of operating systems principles, software architectures, software algorithms and software engineering principles.2. Hands-on working experience on multiple servers - Apache Web server3. Proficient in server side languages (PHP Laravel) and strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming.4. Knowledge and experience in Web Designing Structure using HTML 5/ CSS 3/ LE. Knowledge and experience in Mobile Application Designing Structure and Development.6. Hands-on experience on frontend technologies - Javascri Angul . Strong knowledge of databases (MySQL) and experience in designing scalable databases.8. Proficient in Distributed computing, and Design patterns.9. Expertise on AWS Cloud Platform is preferred.10. Good understanding of Application Security - Encryption-Decryption of data at re, Application & Network Security protocols11. Strong understanding of API Development Practices - RESTful A Ver Versioni Documentati Swagg Driven Development12. Knowledge of Payment Gateway Integrations13. Knowledge of Flutter is a plus.
Other Skills and Experience:1. At least 5 years of real-world system architecture design, planning and execution experience.2. Be able to support the full code review and release management for multi-channel applications.3. Strong in communicating with multiple stakeholders with clarity and communication objectives and style.4. Excellent problem solving capabilities and analytical skills.5. Natural inclination towards Root Cause analysis and strong understanding RCA techniques that can be implemented in software applications.
6. Result-oriented, reliable and able to deliver amidst pressure circumstances.
