4. Collaborate closely with photographers, stylists, and creative teams to ensure the seamless and successful execution of photo shoots.
Requirements:
1. Demonstrated track record in the fashion industry, with a minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in model management.
2. Established network within the fashion realm, including solid connections with designers, brands, photographers, and other industry professionals.
3. Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and engage with diverse teams.
4. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, consistently meeting tight deadlines.
