4. Safety Compliance**: Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines while working with motor pumps, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with relevant safety regulations.
5. Doentation**: Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, including doenting any issues encountered and the actions taken to resolve them.
6. **Customer Service**: Providing technical support and assistance to customers or clients regarding motor pump operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
7. **Training**: Training and supervising junior technicians or apprentices, sharing knowledge and expertise to improve overall team competency.
8. **Upgrades and Modifications**: Recommending and implementing upgrades or modifications to existing motor pump systems to enhance efficiency, reliability, or safety.
