DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for providing the highest quality of customer service to clien
• Exhibit a professional and well-groomed appearance every time
• Build and maintain customer relationships in order to build strong loyalty
• Communicate with customers to assess their needs, provide assistance in satisfying those needs and meeting or surpassing customers ‘expectations
• Being able to understand and use universal precautions when providing services, including assessing guest nail conditions before commencing any treatments
• Perform nail services following established guidelines for the service offering, and strive to fulfill guest expectations in the area of nail grooming, massage and exfoliation, and polish application.
o Clean, cut and shape both hand and feet nails
o Polish, decorate and color nails recognizing the skin tone
o Use brush to apply a layer of paints onto nails for coloring or clearing polish
o Clean fingernails and toenails with soapy water in a tub
o Wash and sanitize tools and equipment used for nail treatments
o Use buffer and powdered polish to polish nails
o Apply liquid remover with a swab to remove old nail polish
o Use emery boards, scissors, and files to shape and make ends of nails smooth
o Knowledge on applying artificial nail extensions
• Perform various professional nail services for guests, and educate them about individual nail care needs
• Begin and end all treatments within scheduled time-frame, as well as recommend product for home use or self-care
• Focus on selling and up selling thru friendly and efficient service.
• Promote other s services by suggesting to guests’ other beneficial treatments offered by the s.
• Demonstrate a solid knowledge of brands and products
• Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs
• Address and answer customers' queries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services
• Ensure the sanitation of all equipment, cleaning and disinfecting all tools on a daily basis
• Maintain cleanliness in area of responsibility
• Must be up to date on latest nail products, designs and trends
• Reports to immediate superior problems, issues and concern related to operations.
• Handle customer complaints as per job knowledge and address it to supervisor a manager
• Perform any other duties as directed by the owner or the owner's representative.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must be a certifi nail technician with at least 1+ years working experience
• Proven knowledge of nail care techniques and designs
• In depth knowledge of manicure and pedicure techniques
• Superb communication skills preferably both in English and Arabic
• Excellent customer service skills
