A new nursery in abudhabi following the montessori curriculum is looking for a female nursery manager, and the candidate will be responsible for
daily operation of the nursery, recruitment and induction of new staff, in-house training, liaising with parents ,KHDA and other government offices. Candidate will also be responsible for promoting the nursery image and admission by organizing open day and other inactive sessions with the parents. Candidate attaining the above qualities and meeting the following requirements only apply.
Bachelor of Education
Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Montessori curriculum and two years of experience as nursery manager.
Age 35 years and above.
Computer literate and excellent communication skills
Team player and lead by examples .
