Job Description

• Handle the front office.
• Handling incoming calls and direct them to appropriate departments and take accurate and complete messages.
• Order and Manage the Office Stationery and other supplies.
• Manage the routine Office Administrative duties.
• Perform other duties as instructed by the General Manager & Office Manager.
• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the Office.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Preparing quotation to be checked by the manager.

Candidate Requirements

• IT/Computer Science degree/certificate.
• Holding MCSC (Microsoft certified solutions expert) is an extra point.
• Documents handling and Computer Knowledge are a must.
• Good knowledge and experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Good knowledge and experience with emails & Outlook.
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
