Job Description

Azyah Technical services is a manpower supplying and contracting company based in Dubai with its branches in Sharjah and R.A.K.



Candidate requirements:



Gender: Females



Salary+commission + accommodation



Visa: Husband’s visa / Father’s Visa



Experience:

minimum 1 year or more in UAE (experience in the same field would be a plus)



Qualification:

Candidates with bachelors degree or diploma is preferred .



Languages known:

Hindi and English is a must



Nationality:

India, Pakistan, Philippines, Nepal are preferred



Having valid UAE driving license is also a plus.



Skills:



Good verbal and communication skills

Proficiency in MS office

Time management

Accounting skills





Job responsibilities and duties:



1. Offi coordination: oversees the office environment, manages office tasks and communications, and assists upper management with key functions. A typical day might involve handling incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and mail, as well as scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments. and coordinating meetings./ Provide assistance to clients in person, on email, or telephonically.



2. Doentation : Labeling, sorting, and categorizing doents for ease of use. As well as preparing invoices, L.P.O, timesheets etc.
