Job Description

•Organize and distribute messages to the appropriate team members.
•Maintain confidential information,file and store them accordingly.
•Implement and develop office procedure.
•Doents expenses and financial information.
•File and update contact information of clients,employees,supplier and partners.
•Assist with booking,presentations,reports emails and mails.
•Manage current agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
•Make travel arrangements.
•Order and maintain office supplies.
•Manage database entry and client files.
•Develop and maintain a filing system.
•Prepare and distribute correspond memos and forms.
•Book meetings rooms,arrange conference calls,take messages and minutes during meeting.
•Answer phones and respond to emails.
•Greet visitors and undertake general receptionist duties when required.


Candidate Requirements

•The company will provide free accommodation.

•The company will pay 21 days paid vacation for annual service of the employee.
•The company will provide round trip ticket from your country of origin on the economy class sector.
