**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient office operations and supporting various administrative tasks. **Responsibilities:**
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails.
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work assignments.
- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
