Job Description

We are seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office in a warm and friendly manner.
Answer phone calls, screen and direct them appropriately, and take accurate messages when necessary.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for executives and staff.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Provide basic administrative support such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
Assist with organizing meetings, conferences, and special events as needed.
Uphold company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.


Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines and printers.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative duties.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
