•Bachelor’s degree
•Excellent communication skills in English
•Must have leadership quality
•Valid UAE driving License
•Between the age group of 45 – 52 years
•Should have complete knowledge of Ship Agency business, Port and EHS regulations, terminal operations, customs, immigration, FTA and coastguard procedures
•Well experienced in handling vessels’ loading & discharging operations for , Break bulk, Tug & Barge as required by the Shipping Line / Principals.
•Possess strong interpersonal skills and capability to adopt new business opportunities to the system.
