Operation Manager
We are a leading dealer of prime high quality heavy engineering equipment focused primarily in the construction sector in Saudi Arabia. We are a multi franchise business with global brands and we have many years of strong growth. We are seeking an Operation Manager with high energy to drive the business forward, to implement change consistent with industry best practice, and a manager to help us keep growing. This role is seen as deputizing for the General Manager in his absence and as a grooming role for eventual succession.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AND PREREQUISITE
•15 to 20 years’ experience in business field
•High degree in Business Management and marketing
•Experience in Construction Heavy Equipment industry Is a must
•Experience of dealing with multiple franchises is a must
•Ability to build an excellent relationship is essential
•Dual Language proficiency Arabic and English
•Preferably experience in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
•Long term commitment
