JOB DESCRIPTION – OPERATIONS•Responsible to find out new clients in Qatar and to manage relationship with existing clients.•Frequently get in touch team in HQ which is located in Dubai and report them on daily basis•Arrange meeting with clients and introduce our company and its products•Able to communicate and co-ordinate with freight forwarders and logistics team, whenever required.•Prepare relevant documents such as invoice, packing list etc.•Address the inquiries and concerns of the client and inform the same to Dubai team when it is related to technical clarification.•Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems•Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities•Maintaining client activities in database•Responsible to run and manage Qatar Office.•Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up•Managing virtual and in-person sales meetingsSkills required•Previous proven experience in operations and business developments•Previous experience in O & G industry•Basis knowledge about logistics•Able to communicate in English and Hindi•Minimum 2-3 years of Qatar experience is required.•Willing to travel and arrange meetings with clients inside Qatar•Bachelor’s degree is required.
