Hiring an Operation Executive with a Chemical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or a related field.
The ideal candidate plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a warehousing or trading environment.
Experience in the chemical storage or manufacturing industry is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication (English & Hindi) and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MS Office, Tally ERP, and Inventory management systems.
Knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
Handle the storage and disposal of chemicals according to safety regulations.
Perform chemical testing and analysis as required.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding shipments and deliveries.
Staff accommodation and transport provided.
Immediate joining subject to interview.
