Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the aluminum and steel manufacturing and construction industry in the UAE.
Proven track record of success in optimizing manufacturing processes and driving operational efficiency.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
Solid understanding of quality management systems and lean manufacturing principles.
Experience with production planning and scheduling software is preferred.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
