Job Title: Osteopath (Full-Time)
Location:Optimal Clinic, Dubai Studio City
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

We are dedicated to promoting overall well-being by combining traditional and evidence-based osteopathic practices with complementary therapies. Our team of highly skilled professionals work collaboratively to create customised treatment plans that cater to each patient’s unique needs.
We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate Osteopath to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and helping individuals achieve optimal health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of patients, considering medical history, lifestyle, and overall health to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Perform Osteopathic treatments, including soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilisation, and other appropriate techniques, tailored to each patient’s needs.
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, and Nutritionists, to ensure a cohesive and integrative approach to patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, doenting treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
Educate patients on the importance of osteopathic principles and practices, as well as preventive care and self-management techniques.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Osteopathic medicine to continuously improve patient care.
Participate in clinic outreach and community events to promote osteopathic services and the Optimal Clinic brand.
Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and professional standards to maintain a safe and ethical environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
A degree in Osteopathy from an accredited institution.
Valid and current registration with the appropriate Osteopathic Association or Board.
Valid and current registration with Dubai Health Authority.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a proven track record of patient satisfaction and positive outcomes.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Commitment to a patient-centred approach and a passion for helping individuals achieve optimal health.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate patient schedules.
Fluency in English, with proficiency in Arabic considered an asset.
