Job Description:
Salesman will receive salary package: Basic Salary + Sales Commission + Accommodation + Personal Car + VISA etc
Monthly Salary package including commission starting from AED 8000
The candidate will attend client appointments in the field on a daily basis. This candidate should be able to support existing clients and have an ability to conduct catalog of product demonstrations along with advising the clients.
You must arrive at clients' address and guide them as per their needs and make sales accordingly. You will be provided with clients’ appointment details and you will be expected to meet at their address at given time and make deal accordingly. In addition, you must be willing to visit similar businesses in order to out source their clients to increase your sales in order to gain more commission for yourself.
Our work includes manufacturing & refurbishing of customised home furniture such as sofas, couches, curtains, etc.

* Must have a valid UAE Drivers License
* Must be able to Read, Write & Speak well in English language
* We will prefer candidates that have 5+ years of sales experience in UAE
* Identify leads, manage prospects and deal with new clients
* Service existing clients
* Contact clients, attend to their appointments, deal with them.
* We will prioritise candidates with Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
* 5+ years' experience in outdoor sales with strong track record of success in Furniture field such as Sofa & Curtain.
* Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
* Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
* Meet established goals for sales quotas
* Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
* Dedicated, efficient and able to perform well under stress
