The Padel Coach will run sports coaching programs and assist the management to bring sports into realization, promoting and developing coaching programs. He'll guarantee that guests have a great time, as well as recommend and implement training programs.

Padel, we believe, has the advantage of being suited for people of all skill levels because it is not wholly reliant on physical strength and has a shorter learning curve. As a result, it's a sport that everybody can enjoy!
Job duties and responsibilities
• Develop suitable training programs for all sport enthusiast and aspirants based on their age, objectives, and individual skillsets.
• Develop innovative ways to assist beginner in learning and remembering the rules of the game.
• Identify the learning styles that work best and adapt coaching methods accordingly.
• Provide a fun, secure, and productive learning environment for the players.
• Regularly report to the sports manager on overall progress and development of coaching programs.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions with the team to develop new training programs, activities, and events.
• Manage events in collaboration with the Customer Happiness team (event, tournament, activation, etc…) in line with Sports manager plans.
