Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise: Lead coating and painting processes, ensuring application techniques meet industry and company standards.
Safety & Compliance: Uphold and enforce safety protocols and Oil & Gas compliance measures for all painting operations.
Project Oversight: Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timeliness and quality.
Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between teams and stakeholders in both Hindi and English.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement innovative coating and painting solutions based on industry trends and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
BE in Mechanical Engineering.
NACE-II certification.
Solid experience in coating and painting, specifically within the Oil & Gas sector.
