Responsible for the development of and sustained smooth and efficient operation, personnel management, patient relations and patient flow within a continuum of palliative care services across inpatients outpatients and community health care setting Areas of oversight include clinical coordination, clinical practices, triage procedures, patient flow, patient experience. Coordinator provides key leadership for assigned services and holds responsibility for all operations and implementations of strategies related to the business functions and patient care activities across the continuum of care.
- Bachelor of Nursing Science · Post Graduate Qualification related to Palliative care · M
- 7-10 years post graduate experience · Minimum 3 years within palliative care services · Desired people management experience
