Job Description


 Ensures that the Part’s department’s daily operation is running smoothly following all set processes and procedures by principals and management.
As the Parts Supervisor, he ensure the customer satisfaction to the highest degree and maintain a high quality parts service to all Internal & external customers.
Ensure profitability by selling the targeted amount of parts to trade and retail customers.
Deal with any customer enquiries over the phone and face to face, including ordering, booking out parts, invoicing, taking payment and contacting customers offering special promotions that are available time to time.
Checking in parts deliveries and assisting parts stock check.
Liaising with workshop, service advisors and customer.
Ensuring prices are entered onto company system within required times.
Pick up parts and check for damages or shortages.
He assigns and supervises the duties of warehouse staffs
He assist parts advisor and Admin staff whenever they need any technical assistance
He monitors and analysis retail counter sales and takes necessary action to increase Retail parts sale.
He works on order proposal on weekly basis and prepares stock replenishment orders for all the Brands and forward to manager’s approval.
He coordinates with Service Recepti & Sales Department for their inquiries and updates.
He monitors receiving & issuing of inventory and make sure all physical stock level are accurate with the AUTOLINE / Actual stocks.
He ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse.
He makes sure that all warehouse processes and procedures are followed by all staffs.
Whenever he encounter any misconduct from any of the Parts staff, he immediately approaches his superiors for any acti.
He makes schedules for the warehouse staffs / parts advisor to make sure that the operation runs smoothly with enough staff all the time.
He overlooks parts Department operation.
Handles customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude, demonstrate our commitment to excellent customer service.
Occasionally assist the Parts advisor if he is busy with other customer.
Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean and appealing to customer.
Became familiar & efficient with all phase of the computer system required for P & A operations.
He will be responsible to provide quotation with the availability status to the retails customer / workshop with speed and accuracy.
He will coordinate with the booking & ordering personal for non-stock items to get the exact pricing.
He keeps track on non-available items and keep the parts operator and Aftersales Manager posted for analysis.
As parts advisor on the retails counter are responsible to initiate the sales of accessories and lifestyle to local workshop and walk –in customer
