Job Vacancy

We are in need of vacant positions as follows;

Bak decorator (2)

Highly skilled and creative in decorating cakes and pastries.

5 years minimum experience.

Can develop and make recipe of pastries or bakery products.

Age between 18 – 28.

Line Chef / Demi Chef (2):

Working on a variety of stations in a high volume kitchen environment.

Responsible for creating an exceptional culinary experience for the guests through preparation, cooking and food presentation.

Takes leadership role during the absence of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

Must adhere to all sanitation regulations and requirements and also responsible for the correct handling and preparation of all food items and equipment.

This position will also assist the Chef de partie (CDP) or Sous Chef to plan and prepare quality service for the food and beverage production department.

Pastry kitchen Helper / Commi (2) :

- Support the Demi Chef de Partie in the daily operation and Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie

- Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel

- Control food stock and food cost in his section.

- Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the kitchen.

- Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks.

Steward (2)

• Maintain Cleanliness of all Showroom FOH

• Maintain Cleanliness of Kitchen and Storage Areas BOH

• Assist With Food Storage, Rotation and Preparation

All Candidate Must have:

Working hour ( 60 hr a week)

Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and quality.

Great personal hygiene and grooming standards.

Should be able to communicate, read and write clearly and effectively.

Goowd communication skills.

Speaks English fluently.

Age between 18 -28.

Education:

High school education or diploma in culinary is required. Basic computer skills and familiar with inventory systems.

Experience:

One to five years of minimum previous experience required in a high volume kitchen or full service Hotel.
