We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Perfume Promoter to join our team in Dubai. As a Perfume Promoter, you will be responsible for representing our brand and promoting our range of perfumes within various retail environments. Your primary goal will be to engage customers, drive sales, and enhance brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
Promote and demonstrate our range of perfumes to customers in retail settings.
Educate customers on the features, benefits, and unique selling points of each perfume product.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering recommendations, and resolving concerns.
Maintain a clean and organized presentation of the perfume display area, ensuring products are properly stocked and visually appealing.
Actively approach and engage with customers to stimulate interest and encourage product trials.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product promotion and upselling techniques.
Build and maintain positive relationships with retail store staff to ensure cooperation and support for promotional activities.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to effectively position our brand in the market.
Participate in promotional events, product launches, and other marketing initiatives as required.
Provide regular feedback to management regarding customer interactions, sales performance, and market insights.
Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in the fragrance or cosmetics industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Proactive attitude with a passion for promoting products and achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of perfume products, ingredients, and fragrance families is advantageous.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent presentation skills with attention to detail.
Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak retail hours as needed.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Valid work permit or residency visa in Dubai.
