Job Description

Looking to hire a personal assista coordinator. Preferably someone with good English skills and excitement to learn and develop.
 
Salary: AED 2500 /month. Please do not apply if this salary is not within your expectations.
Preference will be given if you have a valid work visa or a family sponsorship in UAE. 
 
You should be flexible to assist in running a small scale engineering business. Tasks include but not limited to:
Communicating with customers
Responding to inquiries
Receiving and calling customers
Preparing quotations, invoices and purchase orders
Filling forums
Updating financial reports
Track business expenses
Understanding and writing technical documents
Editing documents
Etc...
From time to time, you will be asked to do some in-person work within UAE.
 
All business-related expenses, if any, will be covered.
