Main Function:-
Maintains Plumbing Systems in all buildings including repair or break down,
Routine preventive maintenance and checking or clearance.
1. Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
2. Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.
3. Follow building plans and blueprints.
4. Respond to diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
5. Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
6. Light construction, carpentry, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required.
7. Prepare bids, budgets, and cost estimates.
8. Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used.
9. Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper.
10. Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade.
11. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and safety practices.
12. Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings.
13. Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted.
14. Excellent problem solving skills.
ITI / Diplo Training Certificate
English Speaking & able to understand Technical
drawings and fixing the problems
Valid GCC Experience for 2 Years in Maintenance.
